New user inteface (UI) for iOS7
The entire UI has been remodeled to better reflect the native platform experience and design philosophy of iOS7. The new design provides clarity and ease-of-use in a UI that doesn't compete with content. Changes include a new color scheme, updated icons, the editing menu is moved to the bottom, improvements in the left hand menu, and so on.
Recently viewed documents up front
Recently viewed files are now front and center so you can find what you're working with quickly and easily. Your recents list simply appears in the left hand menu. No tapping needed.
Improved single file edit
You can now perform basic edit operations without opening a file. From your file list under Documents or Acrobat.com, simply swipe left on the file to show the edit menu. From the Documents list, you can Export from PDF, email, rename, and delete your file. From the Acrobat.com list, you can rename and delete your file.
Integrated Help system
A new Help button now provides direct links to an online Handbook in over fifteen languages, What's New, and the user to user support forum.
Improved text selection
To help you precisely select text, the text selection feature now supports selecting by characters rather than words only. A long press first selects the entire word in case you want to use the Define feature. Another press and drag allows you to select any character, including punctuation. A magnifier appears to help you track what text is selected. TIP: Double tap to zoom in before selecting text.
